Auch mit dem neuen Windows 10 und dem Edge anstelle des Internet Explorers ist es direkt möglich an einem Skype for Business Online Meeting teilzunehmen. Seit dem letzten Update des Skype for Business 2015 Servers (CU3), ist es nicht mehr möglich Benutzern auf einem SFB 2015 Server für Remote Call Control (RCC) zu aktivieren. Es besteht aber weiterhin RCC zu nutzen, wenn diese Benutzer auf einem Lync 2013 Server gehostet werden. Allerdings muss der Benutzer auch weiterhin Office 2013 mit dem Lync 2013 User Interface (UI) nutzen. Mit Office 2016 wird auch auf dem SFB Client kein RCC mehr unterstützt. Es gibt auch mittlerweile einen angepassten RTP Konfigurations File, welcher dann auch die aktuellen von Skype/Lync genutzten Codecs wie Silk anzeigt. Hier finden Sie die dafü benötigte RTP.opn Datei und müssen diese nur in das richtige Verzeichnis C:\Program Files\Microsoft Message Analyzer\OPNAndConfiguration\OPNs\Public kopieren.
