  Direct Routing is now general available. With Direct Routing it is possible to route PSTN calls from the customer directly to Microsoft Teams. Customers need only the Microsoft Phone System License for each Microsoft Teams user and can route individual phone numbers form their local PSTN provider or local PBX to this Microsoft Teams user. Anthony Caragol has create one easy to use PowerShell GUI to set the permission for  several Microsoft Team groups at the same time. Für mich stellt sich die Frage ob Microsoft Teams , Skype for Business online ersetzten wird. Beide Produkte überschneiden sich in ihren Funktionen, wie Chat, Audio/Video 1:1, Audio/Video Konferenzen, Screen sharing, Mobile App, Desktop App. Es gibt aber auch Funktionen welche Skype for Business nicht unterstützt wie gemeinsame Dateien, gemeinsame Notizen über Onenote, Integration in MS Gruppen. Natürlich gibt es auch noch Funktionen die Teams zurzeit nicht unterstützt wie Federation, Telefonie, Whiteboard, Powerpoint sharing. Ich habe hier nicht alle Unterschiede aufgezählt.
